McDonald's in Negros Occidental

"I went to this place after I took some pictures around Silay and THE ATMOSPHERE IS SO COOL my dad told me that this place used to be an 18th century house too! Also the food was served so fast, I swear it took a minute (or even less) for the food to be served."

"The space is huge! there's so much space to walk around, find a seat, whatever. It's not cramped at all, and everything just feels so well-organized and clean. Easily a 9 out of 10 for how spacious and well kept it is!"

"They have the best location in Silay. Just outside is the plaza and Cathedral. Kudos also to the helpful staff/cashier who assisted me at the self-service kiosk last Dec 28."

"Today I traveled past 2 local McDonald's to eat at this one in Silay. I came here because I never got a bad meal and the food is always served hot. On this occasion I ordered a standard copy quarter pounder cheese meal. The meal was brought to my table in a timely manner. The fries were not as hot and tasty as before and the quarter pounder was very dry and impossible to chew. I took the burger to the counter and asked for the Manager. The manager politely took the sandwich and promised to prepare another. Five minutes later she appeared with a very hot uneatable sandwich again. The Manager asked me to taste it first before she left my table. She informed me at this time that, there were problems with the grill. She recommended a different chicken sandwich at no additional charge. This manager, who's name is Crisha, made this whole experience an enjoyable one. She exemplifies why people dine out."

"McDonald's in Silay City is a Godsend for the local community surrounding Silay City like those living in Talisay City or E.B. Magalona as it negates the need to go to Bacolod to taste Mcdo. I like this branch since it is quite convenient to the Church goers since it is only few meters away from the Silay City's Cathedral. 5/5 would go back again. The staff is accommodating and the food is great ."
